Following LGBT+ History Month and St David’s Day, here’s a post celebrating Welsh LGBT+ History, with links to posts I’ve made so far!

1. Sarah Jane Rees (Cranogwen) 1839-1916. ‘LGBT+ history - a taboo in Welsh history?’ (Mwy ar Cranogwen/More on Cranogwen.) Image via NLW.

2. Amy Dillwyn, 1845-1935. Her novel Jill was published in 1884, which is included in a blog on LGBT themes in Honno Classics. Hefyd yn rhestr darllen Y Stamp.

8. Nina Hamnett, 1890-1956, 'Queen of Bohemia,' was openly bisexual. 

9. Mary Charlotte Lloyd, 1819-1896, Welsh sculptor. See more post on 'queer lives.'

10. Kate Roberts, 1891-1985, was a part of Welsh LGBT+ history and perhaps herself queer.
